Somewhere among the fields, among the trees, near the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, there are three cottages called Chatki na Skraju. The fairy-tale scenery invites you to relax and spend time with your loved ones. Comfortably furnished cottages in the beautiful village of Skrajniwa, just 40 km from Częstochowa, guarantee privacy and a moment of respite surrounded by nature.
The immediate vicinity abounds in attractions. Apart from hiking and cycling, you can splash around in the water at the municipal beach in Koniecpol or at the outdoor swimming pool in Żarki. Adrenaline rushes are guaranteed when riding quad bikes in JuraPark or playing paintball in Łapczyna Wola. Our youngest guests can visit the alpacas living in the neighborhood (Alpaki Marzenie) or take a ride through the forest in a historic carriage. Our area also boasts some real historical gems, such as Ogrodzieniec Castle on the Eagles' Nests Trail, the ruins of castles in Mirów and Olsztyn, and Bobolice Castle with its medieval stronghold.

Marika Wieszczyk
Hi! It's Marika. Although I'm the one who usually greets our guests and responds to messages, Cottages on the Edge This is our joint family project, created with love.
Together with my partner Kuba, his parents, and my mom, we are building a place that will be an oasis of peace, both for guests and for us :)
Kuba is responsible for organization, finances, and everything that requires precision—numbers are his thing! Kuba's parents help us not only with building and maintaining the cottages, but also constantly inspire us to implement new ideas. They are true enthusiasts!
My mother, on the other hand, was the one who started our adventure. Needing to escape the hustle and bustle of Krakow, she created "Chatka, co w trawie piszczy" (The Cottage in the Grass), the first of our cottages. And that's how it all began :)
