Górskie Tarasy in Rabka-Zdrój is an oasis of peace, where the mountain air smells of spruce and dew, and time passes more slowly. Rabka, a picturesque health resort located at the foot of the Gorce Mountains, is only 40 miles from Krakow, 53 miles from Zakopane, and 59 miles from Nowy Sącz. It is close enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the city in a matter of moments and far enough to fully immerse yourself in a world of silence, greenery, and crystal-clear air.
Within a 10 km radius, there are many attractions that will satisfy even the most demanding guests. For families with children, there is the Spa Park with a brine graduation tower, paths among old trees, and playgrounds, as well as Rabkoland, an amusement park full of colorful attractions for the youngest and those a little older. Adults will appreciate the atmospheric museums, such as the Museum of Highlanders and Robbers with a rich offer and interactive tours. It is also worth visiting the Władysław Orkan Museum located in a historic wooden church and the iconic Orkanówka located a little further away, in Poręba Wielka.

The Tarasy Mountain Cottages are a dream come true, created out of a love for spending time together, built entirely of fragrant wood. Located at the top of Krzywoń Mountain, surrounded by forest and mountain panoramas, they give you a sense of detachment from everyday life. Every detail of their finish has been carefully crafted with heart, so that the interiors are not only comfortable but also full of warmth. The smell of wood, the soft light coming through the windows, and the view of the majestic Babia Góra make you feel from the very first moment that this is a place where you want to stay longer.
Mornings here begin on the veranda with a cup of aromatic coffee and a view of the sun slowly rising from behind the mountain peaks. Evenings are a time for a glass of wine and watching the sunset, when the sky shimmers with gold and pink. The proximity of nature can be seen and felt at every turn—the singing of birds, the rustling of trees, the clean, crisp air. It makes you want to live!
The cottages are fully equipped and ready to welcome guests at any time of the year. Comfortable bedrooms, a kitchenette, board games, and books describing local trails await you here, so that every day can be filled with adventure. There is also a swimming pool (in summer), a sauna, a jacuzzi, a playground for children, a barbecue at each cottage, and a communal bonfire area to enjoy evenings with your loved ones. Our cottages can accommodate up to 8 guests, making them the perfect option for family trips or gatherings with friends.
Guests are welcome to bring their four-legged friends—the area is fenced in, and there is plenty of space around for long walks.

We are a multi-generational family who, out of love for spending time together, have created a unique place and want to share it with you. Log cabins have always been our dream. We have put a lot of heart, time, energy, and passion into creating this unique place.
If you dream of peace and quiet, you must visit Górskie Tarasy to hide from the world for a while. Here, you can indulge in sweet idleness or actively relax. In our surroundings, you will find many mountain trails for families with children, as well as for more demanding hikers. In the vicinity, there are recreational and extreme cycling routes. The proximity of the forest allows you to breathe deeply, and walks become a real pleasure.
On the wooden veranda, you can start your day with aromatic coffee while admiring the majestic Babia Góra mountain, and end it with a glass of wine, reveling in the breathtaking sunset.
The cottages are located on top of Krzywoń Mountain and are built entirely of wooden logs, creating a wonderful atmosphere, and the smell of wood lingers in your memory for a long time. Our cottages are finished with attention to every detail. We offer luxury cottages with free Wi-Fi, fully equipped and ready to welcome guests away from the crowds and hustle and bustle of the city. In the cottages, you will find books with numerous hiking and cycling trails, as well as board games. Guests have access to free parking on the fenced property, a swimming pool (in the summer season), a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a playground for children. Each cottage has a barbecue and a shared fireplace for both cottages.
