Among picturesque fields and fragrant forests, in the south of Bolimów Landscape Park, lies the small forest settlement of Potoki, an oasis of peace and closeness to nature. It is a place where time passes more slowly, and the singing of birds and the rustling of trees become the everyday backdrop for relaxation. The local landscapes encourage long walks, forest bathing, and cycling trips. A network of trails leads through vast forest areas near nature reserves, meadows, and along the Rawka River, one of the cleanest in Poland, also ideal for canoeing.

The area has many attractions. In Nieborów, you can visit the Baroque Radziwiłł Palace with its stunning gardens, and right next door, the romantic park in Arkadia, full of classicist buildings hidden in greenery. Just 12 km away is Skierniewice, known for its Botanical Garden and gardening traditions, and in just over an hour you can reach Łódź or Warsaw if you miss the big city life. If that's not enough, in about 20 minutes by car you can visit Suntago Park - a real paradise for water lovers.

However, we recommend enjoying real life here and now – renting kayaks or spending a carefree afternoon on the nearby Oberwanka beach. The area offers numerous hiking, cycling, and horse riding trails, two of which are literally at your fingertips, 50 m from the house. For those interested, we offer photography workshops, bike and trekking pole rentals. If you like to start your day with a yoga session or massage, you can do that here as well. A real forest bath with a certified guide? It's possible with us. Would you like to try your hand at horseback riding? Nothing could be simpler, we work with nearby stables.

Patoki. Home and Forest is a space conducive to calmness and a break from everyday life. It is the perfect place to explore the forests on foot or by bike, smell the scent of resin, hear the woodpecker among the trees, and find the peace that is so lacking in everyday life. Here, relaxation comes naturally.

Our house was created in harmony with nature, built from natural materials, blending harmoniously into the surrounding forest. It is a place that allows you to feel truly close to nature, while providing complete comfort and convenience.

The ground floor features a spacious living area with a fireplace and kitchenette, perfect for spending time together by the fire, and a bathroom with a shower. Literature lovers will enjoy the extensive library, while connoisseurs will appreciate the wine cellar with a selection of wines. If you don't feel like cooking, you can order breakfast baskets full of local products and dinners delivered straight to your door.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with large, comfortable double beds (in one of the bedrooms, the bed can be separated into two single beds). The house can comfortably accommodate 4–5 adults or a family with children. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub from which you can enjoy a soothing view of the forest. Here, your daily ritual turns into a moment of luxurious relaxation.

However, the house's greatest asset is its spacious 70-square-meter terrace with a summer kitchen, ideal for shared meals, afternoon sunbathing, or evening chats over wine. Surrounded by the rustling of trees, it becomes a natural extension of the house and the heart of gatherings.
