The access road to the property is steep and bumpy in places – a car with higher ground clearance is recommended. In snowy winter conditions, snow chains are recommended for the last section of the route (approx. 400 m).
Dom Zimna Woda 50 is located in the mountain village of Brenna, in the immediate vicinity of the Silesian Beskids Landscape Park, at the foot of Czupiel. The house offers an unobstructed panorama of the Silesian Beskids and picturesque sunsets, which can be admired from a private plot surrounded by forest and meadows. This place was created with comfortable, intimate relaxation in mind, in a beautifully designed space. The interior of the house includes a bedroom with a private glass-enclosed bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a second bathroom and bedroom on the first floor, a mezzanine with a sunbathing net, and spacious terraces. Large panoramic windows provide natural light and spectacular views of the surrounding nature.
Zimna Woda 50 combines views, space, comfort, and unique design to create a cozy and calming atmosphere. It is a place to relax in the comfort of a four-star hotel while enjoying the intimacy of a private home and property and the immediate proximity of nature.

Hi, I'm Ola. My husband and I have been working in interior design for years. Combining our experience with the need to create extraordinary places, we decided to build the Zimna Woda 50 house. Our goal was to create a space that envelops you in a calming atmosphere. Zimna Woda 50 combines comfort and unconventionally designed interiors, showcasing spectacular mountain views and proximity to Polish nature and forests.
